Wow, I am so surprised that I lost 1.2kg since last week. But quite happy, I just think to myself imagine how much I would have lost if I hadn't slipped up at all.....

Well, my eating today wasn't real flash, no idea why. Ate two sausages I shouldn't have. For some unknown reason I have a bad habit of sabotaging myself when I lose weight. I really need to work on that and try and figure out why I do this. No exercise either.... :(
