Not a Great Day, no exercise and food wasn't as good as it should have been. I don't think the calories were too bad but I just didn't eat properly as far as I'm concerned.
Unexpectedly had to work so that threw me a bit but I still could have exercised later, but then my daughter annoyed the hell out of me and I just fell in a heap and lost my mojo, can't work out why though.
I think the best thing for me is to exercise earlier in the day and get it out of the way, especially if I can. Shall try tomorrow.
