Sunday, slept in today and it was fantastic but then I didn't get to bed till one am. That was not what I was expecting but ah well, so be it! Finally did a DVD today but only burnt 396 cal in 1hr 17min. I went better this time with the dvd than I did the last time I did it. Eating was ok.
Busy week this week, I am actually going to get up early on Tuesday and Wednesday and do my exercise in the early hours when I really should be sleeping.....at least then I won't have to come home at whatever time that will be and do exercise then.
I think I will have to really push myself to get up though :)
