Forgot to say that my son was helping me with my exercise yesterday, which was really good and encouraging surprisingly..............He was saying, "come on Mum lift your arms higher", "you can do it, your doing real well",
"put your arms out the way they do", "only a few more to go mum"............. while he - my darling son- was
lying on the lounge checking out the women on the dvd. Hahahahaha, made me laugh later on when I thought about it....but at least he was there
