I am so up and down with all this eating and exercising, can't seem to stick to it but then I don't want to put the weight back on either. Can't afford to following Mish's eating plan worse luck, so this weekend I shall try and plan menus for myself and two teenagers to follow - goodluck with that I say considering its holidays now too - but I shall try. They can always just have water if they don't like what we are going to have :)
I didn't exercise yesterday either. But at least I didn't put on weight at the weigh in but I only lost 100 grams, but at least its a weightloss.
