Start of the week, here we go again. Had a bit of a blow out, I was making chocolate mud cake cupcakes for my daughters birthday tomorrow. (15 already...) and as I was leveling them I just caved in. But otherwise everything else is fine. Had the prawn dish tonight, found it ok, but just didn't seem enough.
Exercise went well 20 min each on the X Trainer and Treadmill then the Ab exercises.
So tired now , Goodnight, Take Care. :)
