I am just loving this change in my life....at the moment anyway....
When I went shopping yesterday to make sure I was ready for the week ahead I looked at my trolley and could not believe how healthy all my purchases looked. It was Freaking Amazing ! Never in my whole life have I done a shop like that.
I truly believe my eating is and will be contained, now to tackle the exercise monster.........
