Hi there, Well today was good. Food was good, except for my skinnychino and a couple of mouthfuls of pasta at dinner tonight.... Exercise done..... I really need to watch my portion size and start weighing things all the time. Sometimes you just get sick of it, but I really need to keep weighing my portions.
My feet are real sore today especially my right one, but its sore right up on top of it which is real weird. I didn't think my laces were very tight when I did the Peak to Park 4km walk ..... not sure just hope it goes away. Bought my FT7 Polar heart rate monitor yesterday, so I am hoping it comes tomorrow before I go and do Zumba - with my daughter (which will be lovely).
