I finally went for a bike ride, approx 8km and burnt approx 260calories, better than nothing. Definitely getting better coz I wasn't as wiped out as I usually am and I was a couple of minutes quicker - woohoo. Now to get out to the GymGarage tomorrow in the morning and do some weights.
Happy Easter All, hope Easter Bunny comes to you but for those trying to lose weight choose another option to chocolate - I am having prawns. Most likely too many but so so much better calorie wise than chocolate.
