The Biggest Loser airs tonight, can't wait. I just seen on the 12WBT Facebook page that some people are planning on exercising through the adds or through the show......what a brilliant idea.
I have downloaded the podcasts for the Couch to 5k and I am going to try it, hope my knee goes alright. I think I need some good exercises for my legs so its just not the fat that is supporting my knee.....
Can't wait for the next Task.
I really need to plan my days coz I get so lost in doing other things that some things get neglected.
