Well I think I nearly hated the running, I was so bloody puffed and my legs were so friggin sore, but.....I kept on doing it and was glad I finished. I think I shall have to do the first week twice if not three times.
The idea of just sitting down and doing nothing has been very strong, I have recently had an argument/disagreement with a very good friend of mine and it really has me down if I dwell on it. I am really trying to look forward and hope maybe down the track things might change, but I don't know......some nasty things were said and I never expected any of this to ever happen. We were best of mates and to lose that friendship is heartbreaking. I just hope she is ok.
