Weigh in again tomorrow morning, hoping for a good loss, the least I hope for is 1kg............I just feel like praying now.....
The eating went well and I did the exercise..I noticed I am definitely becoming stronger in the legs and my knee still feels good. Having a bit of trouble with my feet, but there still ok.
That bloody Rowing machine just wears me out so quickly, it is unbelievable..I prefer to go on it after I have warmed up.
